Online Booking Services and E-Commerce (“MJG,” “we,”
“us,” or “our”) governing the use of our website, services,
and e-commerce platform. By accessing or using our
website, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If
you do not agree to them, you must not use this website.

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the website, including
those making appointments, purchasing products, and
browsing our content.

1.2 MJG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any
time. Any changes will be posted on our website and
become effective immediately. Users should review these
Terms periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes
acceptance of any modifications.

1.3 This website and its services comply with applicable
laws and regulations of the United Kingdom and the

European Union, including the UK Consumer Rights Act
2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and
relevant EU e-commerce directives.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

2.1 MJG endeavors to ensure that the information on this
website is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all
content will be error-free, and we disclaim liability to the
fullest extent permitted by law for any inaccuracies.

2.2 Users are responsible for determining whether the
services, products, or information available through this
website meet their specific requirements.

2.3 MJG shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising
from the use of this website, including but not limited to
loss of business, data, profits, or personal injury.

2.4 Our liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by
law, and nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud,
death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

3. ONLINE BOOKING TERMS

3.1 Making a Booking

3.1.1 Users booking a service may be required to pay a
reservation fee or deposit using a secure third-party
payment gateway.

3.1.2 By making a booking, you confirm that you are
legally capable of entering into a contract and that the
information provided is accurate.

3.2 Group Bookings

3.2.1 Users making a group booking enter into a direct
contractual relationship with MJG and are responsible for
ensuring all members comply with these Terms.

3.2.2 Any cancellations or no-shows from a group may
result in additional charges, as outlined in Section 3.3.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

3.3.1 Users may cancel appointments within the permitted
cancellation period stated at the time of booking. If the
cancellation is made within this timeframe, any deposit may
be refunded at MJG’s discretion.

3.3.2 Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the
forfeiture of the deposit and may incur additional charges
up to the full value of the appointment.

3.3.3 If MJG cancels an appointment, the user may be
entitled to a refund of the deposit.

4. GIFT VOUCHERS

4.1 Gift vouchers purchased through MJG:

• Are redeemable only at MJG salons.
• May be used alongside cash and other accepted payment
  methods.
• May be partially redeemed, with the balance available for
  later use before the expiry date.
• Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Are subject to expiry periods as required by law, with
  specific expiry dates stated on each voucher.

4.2 In cases of fraud or misuse, MJG reserves the right to
cancel gift vouchers without prior notice.

5. E-COMMERCE TERMS & CONDITIONS

MJG offers an online store where users can purchase
products. By placing an order, you agree to the following
terms:

5.1 Orders & Payment

5.1.1 Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. MJG
reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any
reason, including pricing errors or stock shortages.

5.1.2 Payments must be made using an accepted payment
method. MJG uses secure third-party payment processors.

5.1.3 Once an order is placed, users will receive an email
confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute
acceptance of the order.

5.2 Shipping & Delivery

5.2.1 MJG aims to process and dispatch orders as quickly
as possible. Estimated delivery times will be provided at
checkout.

5.2.2 Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and
shipping method.

5.2.3 MJG is not responsible for delays caused by external
factors such as customs processing or courier service
disruptions.

5.3 Returns & Refunds

5.3.1 Users may return products within 14 days of receipt
under the UK and EU Consumer Contracts Regulations.

5.3.2 Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused,
unopened, and in its original packaging. Any tampered,
opened, or used products will not be eligible for return.

5.3.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving
the returned product, subject to inspection.

5.3.4 Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the
customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. STORED PAYMENT METHODS

6.1 Users who store payment details consent to MJG
processing payments securely in compliance with PCI DSS
standards.

6.2 Users may remove stored payment details at any time.

7. REVIEWS

7.1 After a completed appointment or purchase, users may
be invited to submit a review.

7.2 By submitting a review, users grant MJG the right to
publish it. Only first names will be displayed for privacy.

8. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

8.1 MJG complies with UK GDPR and Data Protection
Laws.

8.2 User data is collected, processed, and stored securely.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under
the laws of England and Wales.

9.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and
Wales.
